About Rochester Stampings

Rochester Stampings has been a vital part of the Western New York manufacturing community since 1958, and has excelled at providing high-quality metallic and non-metallic stampings and washers to regional, national, and international O.E.M.

The Company was originally founded by Lincoln Hicks, who moved to Rochester, NY in the early 1950’s to open and manage a new Federal Stampings facility. In 1958 Lincoln Hicks started Rochester A & B, a custom machine builder, which later became Rochester Stampings Inc. in 1965. William Guse an engineer for Federal Stampings started Royal Short Run Stampings in 1978 and rented space from Rochester Stampings up until 1988 when it was sold to Wrico Stampings. In 1992 L. Charles Hicks was the primary owner until 2022 when Christopher Piedici purchased the company to carry on the legacy of stamping in the local area.
